My commissions are mainly a way to save money for my medical transition. Any support surrounding this would be greatly appreciated.

Below lists the terms of service between you (the client) and me (the artist).
By commissioning me you automatically are in agreement to my TOS.

General terms

- Prices and my TOS are subject to change- Payment must be received in full before I start the commission- Payment is only accepted through PayPal and direct bank transfers- Refunds are only available in full if I have yet to start the art. A 50% refund will be given if I have only completed the sketch. Any further work will not provide a refund.- I am able to stop the commission and refund in full at any time on my own terms.- I am allowed to use the work as a promotion for my commissions (e.g. featured on my carrd). Design credit can be featured along side it on request.- I am allowed to refuse any commissions for any reason.- Progress points of the commission will be provided on request. I will also send updates when I can (e.g. first sketch).- Please inform me of any changes you want to the work.- Credit to me MUST be maintained- Removal of my signature will be considered the removal of credit.- Editing my artwork is allowed however I still should be given credit as the creator or the original.- You can repost your commission with credit.

Design terms

These terms relate to the purchase of adoptables of my own design
This does not include commissions where the client has given a written design to be drawn out- Where appropriate, design credit to me must be maintained on characters.- You can edit the design/ redraw it as you please, however credit to me as the original designer must be maintained.- I hold all rights to the design until I receive full payment.- Refunds are only accepted 3 days after purchase. In which I am able to resell the design and any artwork the original buyer had created of the design in this time. I will only refund money I received for the initial design and no money related to any commissioned work based on the character.- Reservations are allowed for up to 3 days. After this time, the design will be returned to sale.
